Introduction
By engaging our accounting services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern the professional relationship between you (the client) and our firm. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Services Rendered
We provide accounting, tax compliance, payroll processing, and related financial services as agreed in your service engagement. The scope of services will be defined in a separate engagement letter or service agreement. Any services outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.
Payment Terms
Fees are due as specified in your service agreement. Invoices unpaid beyond 30 days may accrue a late fee. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances. All fees are quoted in US dollars unless otherwise stated.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for us to perform our services. We are not liable for errors or omissions resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you. It is your responsibility to review all work product and notify us of any discrepancies promptly.
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with applicable professional standards. We will not disclose your financial information to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to perform our services.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability.
